Customer management centralized in the future
Since 1st September 2011, Messe München has been marketing its three venues – the trade-fair centre in Riem, the ICM – International Congress Centre Munich and the M,O,C, Event Centre – strategically from a single source. Under the supervision of ICM Director Andrea Bisping, the “Sales Messe München Locations“ team will handle all customer inquiries centrally in the future.
Certified safety
In the future, when customers book events at the ICM – International Congress Centre Munich, guaranteed quality and safety standards are automatically included: Earlier this year, ICM competence partner and technical-services partner Neumann&Müller (N&M) was certified in accordance with the new SR 6.0 quality standard by the German Testing Institute for Event Technology (DPVT).
