Customer management centralized in the future

Since 1st September 2011, Messe München has been marketing its three venues – the trade fair centre in Munich Riem, the ICM – International Congress Centre Munich and the M,O,C, Event Centre– strategically from a single source. Under the supervision of ICM Director Andrea Bisping, the “Sales Messe München Locations“ team will handle all customer inquiries centrally in the future.   

“Our objective is to give our customers a central point of contact that can advise them about the range of facilities, services and availability of all three venues,” explains Andrea Bisping, “because Messe München’s innovative location portfolio allows us to serve events of every type and size – and to work with our customers to develop an optimum venue and event concept for the event in question.”

Customer inquiries will be managed by Andrea Bisping, Head of Sales Messe München Locations and Director of the International Congress Centre Munich (ICM) in close cooperation with the project teams at the M,O,C, Event Centre (Director: Christine Heizmann), the Guest Events Project Group (Director: Gerd Markwica) and the Business Development Department (Director: Ulrich Besch)
